To use 789beet's services, you must meet the following conditions:

789beet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time and for any reason.

2Account Registration

• Each person may hold only one account — opening multiple accounts using the same email address, phone number, or device is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure.
• You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

789beet complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. As a result, identity verification (KYC) is required for withdrawals above a certain amount or for large transactions being made for the first time.

KYC verification typically requires the following:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent selfie with your ID clearly visible.
• A utility bill or bank statement for address verification (where applicable).

Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete. We strongly recommend completing your KYC immediately after registration.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on 789beet are simple and fast. However, a few important rules must be followed:

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to placing bets on 789beet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the Cash Out feature is available.
• 789beet reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In an accumulator bet, if one match is cancelled, it is removed and the remaining selections stay active.
• The use of any software assistance or manipulation in betting is strictly prohibited.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

6Bonuses & Promotions

789beet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotions page. General bonus policy:

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 5x to 20x).
• Not all bet types are eligible for bonus use — specific markets or odds restrictions may apply.
• You cannot activate another bonus while one is already in use.
• If you withdraw before the bonus wagering is complete, both the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• If multiple individuals from the same household or device claim a bonus, 789beet reserves the right to carry out verification.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 789beet and may result in permanent account closure and asset forfeiture:

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the betting system or platform.
• Stealing another user's account credentials or identity fraud.
• Betting through match fixing or the use of insider information.
• Betting using automated bots or software.
• Arbitrage betting or systematic bonus abuse.

8Responsible Betting

789beet believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a habit or an addiction. That's why we have put the following responsible gaming measures in place:

• Set personal deposit limits (daily / weekly / monthly).
• The option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period (Self-Exclusion).
• Automatic alerts when betting limits are exceeded.
• Permanent account closure upon request.

9Account Closure

789beet may close or suspend your account under any of the following circumstances:

• At the user's own request.

11Changes to Terms
